A three-part parenting class is coming up. Learn strategies for everyday parenting dilemmas and difficulties. All ages and stages covered with an emphasis on participant's child(rens) ages 0-17.

Peaceful Parenting Class

All classes begin at 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays May 9th, 16th and 23rd, 2012. 

Cost of class is $20.00 per person with pre-registration before May 7, 2012 or $25.00 at the door.  A light snack is included and a Certificate given for 7 hours of parenting will be presented at the last class.  No child care is available. 

This class is presented by: Lisa Siciliano-Miller, MSSA, LISW-S, Extension Educator, Family Consumer & Sciences.

New Office Hours
Our Extension office is grateful for the continued financial support of the Lake County Commissioners. Budget cuts have impacted every department in the county, including our own. With our recent reduction in staff, our office hours have changed. We are now open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. It may be best to call before you visit to be sure the office is staffed. Thank you for your support in this time of transition.
