What is EFNEP? A federally funded, FREE of charge, nutrition education program administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture in all fifty states through the land grant university system. In Ohio that university is The Ohio State University. EFNEP operates through the OSU Extension offices in 18 Ohio counties. The program is for limited resource audiences, expectant parents, parents with young children, community centers, other interested persons or groups.
