About Community Development
We work in conjunction with the Lake County Solid Waste District and the Lake County Department of Utilities to provide educational programs which teach the importance of reduce, reuse, and recycle to the general public, community groups, and schools. Our hope is to improve the environment for future generations. In addition, information is available on the various recycling opportunities being offered in communities, as well as information regarding the upcoming county-wide special collections.
