Clubs designated as Lake County 4-H Honor Clubs are those groups who have demonstrated outstanding participation in county and club activities as well as exemplary project and member completion. To be recognized as a Lake County 4-H Honor Club, clubs must receive a score of at least 150 points on the application. All applications for 4-H Honor Club must be submitted by the pre-fair meeting for consideration.
This application must be accompanied by the club’s completed Secretary and Treasurer books for consideration.
This completed form, along with the completed Secretary and Treasurer books, must be submitted to the Lake County Extension office no later than the pre-fair meeting each year.
Honor club certificates will be awarded before the Outstanding Youth ceremony on the first day of fair, following the parade.
