All 4-H volunteers must have an Ohio BCI fingerprint background check before their application can be finalized. BCI check locations are available throughout the state.

We are not permitted to accept copies of reports by USPS, e-mail or hand delivered. Copies will be returned. 

All volunteer results will go to a central location at OSU and individual counties will receive the appropriate information related to the background checks.
