Complete the Ohio 4-H Achievement Record for consideration for Outstanding Youth. All applicants will be interviewed as part of the process. Up to three applicants will be awarded the honor of Outstanding Youth at a ceremony immediately following the parade on the first day of fair.

Applications are due to the Lake County Extension office (105 Main Street, Suite B402 in Painesville) no later than 1:00 p.m. on July 1, 2024.
