Individual Analysis Form - optional analysis only - not for standard soil test

Turnaround time for routine soil analysis is approximately 3-7 days from the time samples are received. 

Be sure to see the sampling instructions before collecting, drying, and mailing your sample. The one cup soil sample can be mailed in a zip type sandwich bag that is then placed into a small padded envelope or small box. Don't forget to include the form and a check for $9.00 per sample when mailing to Penn State's lab.
